Finance

Finance team is the motor of Pegipegi operations. We are a group of helpful individuals that provide solutions for every department in the company. We hold a very important role in Pegipegi as we are responsible for paycheck release. We also pay the bills from hotels and vendors and manage the company’s cash flow. Furthermore, we provide financial planning as well as financial report for this beloved company. As much as we love numbers, we also love karaoke, which we do occasionally to maintain our togetherness.

Tax ManagerJakarta

Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure all tax compliance (CIT, WHT, VAT), tax reporting, IAS 12 tax accounting and tax payments are done on a timely basis and accurately
  • Able to understand statutory account in relation to tax accounts and reconcile book to tax difference on monthly basis
  • Proactively interact with different stakeholders and communicate effectively within and outside tax units to gather information and understand business transactions to ensure proper tax treatment
  • Keep current on tax legislation, need to be able to identify opportunities and tax risks, do tax research, and be proficient in interpreting and applying in tax laws, regulations
  • Assist with providing tax advice and necessary education to different units outside tax team
  • Assist with continuous tax process improvement
  • Assist on tax audit and ensure proper documentation of tax returns, tax supporting documents in accordance with the Indonesian tax laws so that files are maintained in the state of “audit readiness”
  • Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications:
    • Holds a Bachelor degree in Taxation/Accounting
    • Minimum 6 years of job related experience in tax consultant firm with some exposures in the Industry
    • Solid knowledge of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
    • Has excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
    • Able to analyze financial statement related to tax account

    • High tolerance in dealing with ambiguity
    • Willing to take up new challenges

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Taxation/Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year related experience in tax consultant firm or company
  • Able to operate tax programs (i.e. e-SPT and e-Faktur)
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel is a must

Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerJakarta

Job Description
  • Lead and coordinate budgeting Company activities:
    • Establish and maintain company annual budget and 3-year financial projection
    • Liase with senior management team of relevant units (product, marketing, engineering, etc.) in the development of the budget, gather and consolidate input from different units
    • Design and implement effective budget policies and procedures
    • Monitor actual performance against the budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis: analyze and highlight trends, discuss causes of unexpected variances with the heads of relevant units
    • Prepare presentation materials for the senior management and/or shareholders
  • Lead and supervise regular and ad-hoc management reporting and analysis process:
    • Establish and maintain company’s management reporting system and procedure, including the method to allocate revenue and expense to products
    • Create daily, monthly, and yearly product profitability reports and discuss the results on a regular basis with senior management team
    • Analyze current and past trends of revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators; recommend initiatives to optimize revenue and reduce expenses
    • Support the launch of new products: design management report for the new product, collaborate with relevant units (IT, accounting, etc) in obtaining the data required to produce the management report, assess the impact of the new product to company’s financial performance, create the financial projection to be incorporated in the budget
    • Develop financial models and perform analyses to support strategic initiatives
    • Understand and monitor the ROI of marketing programs
  • Maintain relationship with the different units to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  • Coach and mentor, and review the work of FP&A analyst(s)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FP&A function in technology, retail, FMCG, or multi-product companies
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized
  • Ability to think creatively, confident, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
