Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. Please be aware that all areas of the Hotel are gazetted as non-smoking. This includes but is not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, restaurants and common areas. As smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hotel, we notify our Guests of this policy upon your arrival on signs throughout the Hotel and on the no smoking sign near the lift landing area of your room level. Therefore, we restfully request you do not smoke in your room or anywhere in the Hotel. You may do so 10 feet (3 metres) away from the Hotel premises. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in our bedrooms will be subjected to a fine of RM300.00.

Operation will only be commencing from 0700hrs to 2300hrs which is also a limited operation during the RMCO. NO service will be rendered after the hours given.

Guest are to check in latest by 2300hrs only and there will be NO ONE TO ASSIST should guest are to come after the given hours. All guest are to comply with this matter as hotel will not be able to be operating in full capacity during the RMCO.

In the view of the social distancing, breakfast will be served on a la carte at our Sunflower Brasserie starting from 0700 only. An advance order/purchase is adviseable should there be request for an additional breakfast.

As due to the limited movement order that is still going on, our housekeeping service will not be operating in full and therefore the cleaning/service of the room will be on alternate days only.

We are pleased to inform that we will be starting to operate our operation in a minimal capacity. Below are the terms should guest wish to check in and notes are to issued to guest during booking:-

Guest are to check in latest by 1900hrs only and there will be NO one to assist should guest are to come after the given hours. All guest are to comply with this matter as hotel will not be able to be operating in full capacity during the MCO.

There will be NO air conditioning service available during this period and only 1 fan will be provided in each room.
In the view of the social distancing, breakfast will be send to the room starting from 0700 only and the morning Sahur during this Ramadhan month will not be available until the MCO is lifted. An advance order/purchase is adviseable should there be request for an additional breakfast.

Kindly ensure that these information are to be poped up during guest booking and also in the final page Ie Payment window as to avoid any discrepancies. Should the info is not possible to be allocated in the booking screen and also it is not accepted, it is adviceable that your allotment is to be remained closed as we also understand that there are standards that your esteemed organization will look at in order to make the future business is without any hassle and executed in good terms. We deemed this issue is accepted and executed should there be no contact received. This limitations however is subject to further information and regulations from the government of Malaysia.
