We checked in to this hotel for the 1st time.Both rooms free wifi, air con condition poor,floor full of hair/tissues, dead cockroaches,toiletries trays are empty. We requested to change the rooms but the other rooms also have the same problem. The service crews send us the toiletries after I called the front reception.We can't sleep at all due to the KTV/disco loud noise till 3 am.The rooms walls are not soundproof. We will never go back to the hotel again.
Stayed at this hotel as 4 of us bought through Fave Singapore. The deal consisted of ferry-room stay-city tour-buffet lunch-breakfast all for S$29.00 so we thought: why not, let's try it!?!?!
Read some reviews beforehand so we were kinda prepared but reality hit us badly, ahahahaha!!!
Superior room is really smallllllllll so we upgraded both rooms to Deluxe & paid an additional of Rp 230,000 for both rooms. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Cleanliness - 5/10
Bed comfortness - 5/10
TV channels - 6/10
Surrounding - 4/10 >>> loud music can be heard throughout the night, till 2-3am then silence sets in. If you are a light sleeper then best of luck, hahahahaha.
Breakfast - 3/10 >>> Nasi goreng or mee goreng + plain water.
Aircon - 5/10

Upon check-in into a room on the 4th floor, we requested for a change of room as the room was noisy. The window cannot be shut properly and the noise from both chanting and singing (karaoke?) was loud enough to be heard even though the TV was turned on. We were told that another room would be available in an hour or so after it had been cleaned.
After dinner, upon returning to the hotel, we were shown 2 rooms on the 6th floor. The first was rejected on the basis that it was noisy, while the second room was rejected because we were greeted by 2 big cockroaches! Eventually, we settled for a room on the 5th floor. As it was deemed to be an upgrade (a bigger room), we had to pay an additional S$4. We paid but felt that it wasn't our fault that we need to change room, it was the hotel's fault for not maintaining their property well (the windows of the first 2 rooms cannot be closed tight while the 3rd room had cockroaches).
We were also surprised that there is no mini fridge in the room, as such we had to buy a bucket of ice from the hotel to cool our drinks.
Next, we were informed that as the hotel is receiving a group of China guests the next morning, the breakfast will end early at 8am! ?!?!?! If breakfast timing ends normally at 9:30 or 10am, why should we be inconvenienced just because a group of China guests are coming?? We are on holiday and would like to wake up late before proceeding for breakfast. However, we do note that their staff did their part to remind and ensure that we have breakfast by giving us reminder calls at 11pm and 6:15am. Food wise, selection is ok.
As for the room, we could feel vibrations coming from the disco on the ground floor, so for travelers who wish to stay in this hotel and sleep through the night, ask for a room on the higher floor, facing the entrance, just above the reception area.

for food needs to improve and the rooms very, I think the location is hard to find
i was stayed here , and i think this hotel had a good interior , the food it's delicious,
the staff is very good and friendly to service our family
i was enjoyed, and i'll back again when visited batam city.. 😃😃
and this hotel gives me spa for 10 minutes,
