Mandurah Hypnosis Spa & Homestay

The mandurah hypnosis and spa homestay is not a place you will stay. The rooms smells about mushrooms, the wall of the rooms are very moldy, also the bathroom are moldy. It really stinks in the room. Only the front office looks good Breakfast are also good. There are better places in the area Never go there

We booked room to Mandurah from booking.com for two nights. It was a big mistake. When we arrived the reception was empty. Finally we found two girls who dont speak good english. Girl took us to our room. We smelled the mold first. Walls were really dirty and the curtains were from the last millenium. Bugs ran on the floor. We decided that we would not spend any nights here. We tried to cancel our reservation from booking.com but we couldnt, because wifi was not working. We told reception girls that we want cancel the reservation. They was surprised: ”why?!?!”. Finally we had to pay first night. Never back to Mandurah.

Property says it has a 24 hour front desk and airport shuttle. We recieved neither. We emailed property to say we would be arriving early in the morning to which the manager said this was fine and someone would be on desk to check us into our room. However, we arrived and no one was there to let us in had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come back. We slept in the attic, the bed was alright and the Wi-Fi was good but that was the only good points I remember. The toilet was dirty. Also when we were checking out in the morning the receptionist tried to tell us to come back for our key deposit later on in the afternoon despite us handing the key to her. She also tried to short-change us. Would not stay here again.

We stayed here for one night. Our flight didn't land until 1am so I emailed forward to ask if this was ok. We were told that the reception is open until 4am so this would be no problem. Despite explicitly telling them when we would arrive, and being told this was ok, we arrived at around 2:20am and there was no one at reception. The place was completely empty. We found a number on the wall for the general manager, so we phoned them. They had to send someone to check us in- we had to wait at least 45-55 mins. The room was extremelly basic, but thats ok- a matress on the floor and a door thay felt very unsturdy and unsafe. The shared bathroom and toilet was dirty and not nice. The next morning when we went to pay, the receptionist said we would need to come back later to get back our deposit for the key. Obviously we could not come back but it took a lot of insisting on our part to get it back at the time we were leaving. We also (due to an error on our part) gave double the money we were meant to for the room (both of us paid seperarely). The receptionist said nothing, and when we realised our error she tried to say we didnt overpay. It took a lot of insisting for us to get our money back. All in- staff that were unhelpful, uncaring and actually deceptive and tried to trick us out of money.

Если вам нужен гестхаус для пары ночей, этот вполне подойдет. Находится недалеко от пляжа и в стороне от дороги. Требует полной реиновации. Единственное хорошее, в нем работают добрые и отзывчивые женщины. Есть завтрак, то есть, есть тостер, хлеб, шоколад и кофе.
