Hotel and Villa Search You can search desired hotel by typing the hotel’s name in the Hotel and Villa Name Search, or If you already decide on the details of your trip, including date and area, please use this page. You will jump to the list of accommodations.  Promo Click the promo banner to find interesting offers from pegipegi.com  Featured Hotels and Villas The featured hotels are sorted by city. Click the city tab [Jakarta, Bali, Bandung, etc.] to find featured hotel previews in each city. Click the hotel image to find the details and make reservation.  Popular Destinations The Popular Destinations feature helps you in deciding where to go for your upcoming trips. Click on one of the city to find some useful information and hotel list of the city.

Search Panel You can add or change your criteria and search again. Although the criteria to change are different depending on search menus, basically you can search again by changing the followings: Check-in, Night(s), Adult(s), Child(ren), Room Rate, Accommodation Type, Room Type, and Hotel Features.  List of Hotels, Plans, View on Map You can switch the search results by List of Hotels, List of Plans, and View Hotels on a Map. List of Hotels tells you their general atmosphere, List of Plans sorts the hotel by the plans offered, while View Hotels on a Map clearly shows you their locations.  Sort by You can freely sort your search results.  Search Results It shows the accommodations that are matched your search criteria. Click on the hotel image to find the details.

When your reservation number is shown on the Reservation Completed page, a contract for accommodation between you and your choice of facility is completed. The information of your reservation will be notified to your choice of facility within 24 hours. You can check the details of your reservation through View and Cancel My Reservation on the header.

･Payment of Your Charge

Please pay your charge at your choice of facility. To prevent from misunderstanding, we recommend you bring a copy of your Reservation Confirmation mail or Reservation Details page.

･Contact Your Choice of Facility after Reservation

If you need to contact your choice of facility, including adding your orders, please call the phone number of your choice of facility shown on your Reservation Confirmation email. If you have questions about deposit or cancellation fee, please call your choice of facility, too. When you call, it would go smoothly if you tell your reservation number of pegipegi.com.

･Cancellation of Reservation

If you cancel your reservation, please follow the process below. The procedure varies according to when you cancel.

1. If you do not pass "Due date of changing dates from the website" on the Room Plan page. You can cancel from the site. Click View and Cancel My Reservation on the header and follow the procedure.
2. . If you pass "Due date of changing dates from the website."You cannot cancel from the site, so call your choice of facility. If you tell your Reservation Number on the Confirmation Email to them, it would go smoothly.

･Precautions about Cancellation

Please note that cancellation of your reservation could result in charges applicable by policy. Regarding from when cancellation fees are required, please refer to Reservation Confirmation email or the Reservation Details page.Your choice of facility could directly charge you a cancellation fee.If you have already paid a deposit, some or all of it will be applied to your cancellation fee. If the deposit is not enough for your cancellation fee, your choice of facility could directly ask you an additional payment.
