How to Read Hotel Information Page/Glossary
Access Main routes to the facilities are displayed.
Parking Parking lots managed or co-managed by the facilities are displayed, if there are any, either paid or for free. *There could be some limits on parking time or the number of cars, so please ask each facility for details.
Pickup Service Pickup Services from the nearest stations to the facilities are displayed. It tells you if they are charged/uncharged, reservations are required, and how many shuttles are available. If there is no service, it says None.
Credit Cards The types of credit cards accepted are displayed.
Check-in(out) time Standard check-in/out times are displayed.
Check-in time means from when you can use your room, and Check-out time tells until when you can stay there.
If check in time is set for each accommodation plan, please note that it will have higher priority than the standard one set for the accommodation.
Foreign language support Available foreign languages and their proficiency are displayed.
★★★ There are native speaker(s) or stuff member(s) speaking like natives.
★★ There are stuff member(s) handling daily conversation well.
★ There are stuff member(s) understanding a little or no one handling the language, but some tools to help are available.
Special notes Convenient information for the guests is shown.

Types and numbers of the rooms
Room Type and Number Numbers of Rooms...It tells the total number of the rooms as well as that of each type of the room.
Western-style room detail...It tells the number and size of Single, Double, Twin, and Suite.
Building...It tells capacities and the number of buildings.
Room notes Additional notes about the rooms are displayed, if any.
Room epuipments Standard furniture and equipments in the rooms are displayed.

Bath and toilet, shower facility, heating and cooling
If all the rooms have those listed above, it displays as All rooms with bath and toilet (or shower facility/heating and cooling).
TV, VCR or DVD , Satellite broadcasting, refrigerator, Trouser press , Plug-in phone jack, Minibar
They are displayed only if they are available in every room. If additional fees are required, it says "charged."
*Rental Trouser press is included.
Internet accessibility of the room It tells if Internet services are available.
You can see if it is available in every room, charged or uncharged, with or without rental PCs, and so on.
Baths

This is the information about communal bathrooms that every guest can use, regardless of your Plans (one in each room is excluded).

Private bath rooms To charter means that you can lock communal bathrooms or hang signs to say "Bathing Now," and others (people from other rooms or/and those who you do not allow to bathe together) are supposed not to come in.
It displays if there are bathrooms to charter that every guest can use regardless of his/her Plan or type of rooms. with conditions... Conditions include age, sex, a day of the week, time, charge, reservation, and limit(s) on the number of users
Bath Types and Number It displays the number of communal bathrooms that every guest can use, regardless of his/her Plan or type of room (one in each room is excluded).
In the case of one with time shift, the number of the bath tabs is described in the male and female columns each. (In that case, precautions and rules are informed in the conditions for bathroom users).
The number of Private bath rooms is described in the conditions for bathroom users. (This is not included in the number of baths only for males or females and for mixed bathing.)

Hotel Facilities Facilities in the properties are displayed.
If it says (charged), some fees are required to use.

Uncharged means that every guest can use or experience them for free (provided you can go empty handed). If particular equipments are necessary and some fees are required to rent them, it is defined as charged.

Fitness facility , Gym , Ground , Tennis , In-door pool , Out-door pool , Table tennis , Irori (traditional Japanese fireplace), Bar, Party room , Amusement arcade , Karaoke facility, Barbecue , Lounge, Business center, No-smoking room, Ice machine, Drying chamber , Billiard No-smoking room…This means there are no-smoking rooms (or deodorized rooms) are available. Not all the rooms could be no-smoking. Also, in some cases, including full occupancy, your requirements could not be satisfied.
Service and leisure actibities(Including arrangements) This means there are those services or/and leisure facilities available around.
If it says (charged), some fees are required to use them.

You can take your pets with you...Pets can be taken into the facilities. If some extra fees are required for your pets, it says (charged).

Cages available...There are cages ready for your pets in the facilities.
You can use your own cage...Your own cages with your pets inside can be taken into the facilities.
You can take your pets with you into the room and lounge...Your pets can be taken into your rooms or lounges and other shared spaces.
Bath for pets available...There are baths only for your pets or ones that you can take with your pets.
